<div>A free screening of Miguel Silveira’s award-winning debut feature film, American Thief, as part of a 2-day event promoting the NonDē (non-dependent) filmmaking movement pioneered by legendary producer, Ted Hope. The term represents a new wave of independent filmmaking that is not reliant on global streaming platforms, but instead anchored in promoting live, local gatherings in arthouse theaters.</div><div><br></div><div>A teenage hacker, a young activist, a conspiracy vlogger and a programmer become pawns in a plot to derail the 2016 U.S. presidential election.</div><div><br></div><div>American Thief will be preceded by Brad Bischoff’s latest award-winning short film, Mom and Dad Live in Different Houses.
