Eric Alterman + Rosemary Walks

<div>Eric Alterman is a Tropi-Cascadia troubadour whose heartfelt songwriting explores nature, love, dreams, and existence, rooted in a deep sense of the places he has called home. Grounded in guitar and cello, his distinctive sound blends folk and Americana with Brazilian influences, shaped by his years living in Rio de Janeiro.</div><div><br></div><div>Onstage, he is joined by a rotating ensemble of drums, bass, percussion, trumpet, and violin, that blends folk and jazz improvisation with Brazilian-inspired grooves, performing sets that range from intimate storytelling to full-band peaks. His debut album, Traveling Days in the Universe Parade, is planned for release later in 2026.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>A recent arrival in the folk scene, Alterman brings a life steeped in professional music. As a cellist, he has performed with symphony orchestras for 15 years, from Rio de Janeiro to Portland, and is a longtime member of Oregon’s Delgani String Quartet. Raised in the musical melting pot of New York City, his wide-ranging path is a constant thread running through his songwriting.</div><div><br></div><div>Rosemary Walks is a musician and songwriter based in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Her music exists in a lush, untamed space between indie rock and the experimental ̶ where haunting textures meet raw, emotional urgency. Rosemary writes to process the energy of love, loss, and spiritual growth, transforming lived experience into vivid soundscapes.</div><div><br></div><div>A creative assistant at National Freedom Studio ̶ the historic recording space founded by the late Richard Swift ̶ Rosemary works with renowned engineer Christopher Colbert (The Walkmen, Leon Bridges) to shape and record her music.
