The Legend of Billy Cat
<div>THE LEGEND OF BILLY CAT is the story of a castaway kitty who grows up alone on a desert island after losing their family. The lonely cat is rescued by a dubious captain with a fancy hat and a tendency to break into song to justify his actions. </div><div><br></div><div>And so Billy joins the crew of apple heads and thrown away toys, and they “sail the ocean blue” under the command of the unstable captain who acts more and more like a pirate but who is bent on creating a time machine so he can “go back and undo all the things I did that were wrong.”</div><div><br></div><div><span style="white-space: normal;">With the help of his friend Buff, a boxing kangaroo mannequin, Billy Cat learns the ways of the ship and fights to protect his new friends as well as be a loyal crew member while searching for the time machine in unexpected places… and times!</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="white-space: normal;">THE LEGEND OF BILLY CAT is the seventh film made under the production title A FILM BY SUMMERLAKE. This production team is only Jason Crum, an award-winning filmmaker who does all of the technical aspects of production solo (excluding recording music and sound effects) with story editor and executive producer Charmane Landing.
