Venue Rentals

Our two auditoriums (63 or 80 seats) are available for public or private events, along with space for reception or social engagement in our lobby and courtyard areas.

Typical hourly rates range between $150/hr Sun-Wed nights, and $200/hr Thu-Sat nights and Sat-Sun matinees.

Auditorium 1 is the recently restored former chapel hall, which seats 80 in luxury rocker back chairs and is perfect for events that include a panel discussion or live music performance component. With a 11'x11' stage and a 25' screen, your presentation is sure to impress. This auditorium is equipped with a 5.1 Dolby cinema sound system and a separate state-of-the-art PA and stage lighting for live shows.

Auditorium 2 is a purpose-built movie theater, which seats 63 in deluxe rocker-back chairs on a sloped floor, and features a native 2.35:1 Scope screen with recently upgraded DCI-compliant projector and Dolby 5.1 sound system, along with completely new sound treatment throughout the auditorium.

We can make room in the lobby for your literature or merch sales, and our open-air courtyard and lobby areas can accommodate a reception or other social engagement before and after the screening during the warmer months.

For a small additional fee, we can offer options for inclusion on our website, in our weekly newsletter (which reaches about 3500-4000), and on our social media channels.

In most cases we can also handle in-person and online ticketing at any ticket tier(s) you set, and cut you a check following the show, less a 3% fee to cover credit card processing.

If you are not the creator of the content you are screening, licensing may be required and any associated fees will be your responsibility. We can help facilitate sourcing and negotiating rights and will of course handle any tech-related communications and ensure a smooth presentation.

In most cases we need at least 7-10 days lead time to accommodate venue rental requests.
